Welcome. This is an unofficial blog for Beaconsfield squash club.
Here you'll be able to access info about team matches, keep tabs on divisional positions,
and get updates on squash and racketball events and any forthcoming social activity.
It could also be the place to start (and end) rumours, and indulge in healthy banter.
There's bound to be the odd thing that offends; but that's alright isn't it, us being adults?
If you're truly miffed just email me and I'll remove the offending article.
You'll also be able to post a blog yourself; I am your host so, simply email me your piece/rant/match report/poetry/recipe for tripe to:
trev@lisacottage.demon.co.uk
I'll put it up 'in the cloud' and folk will then be able to comment or heckle...
So come on, email your pieces or add your comments below what is already posted there.

Boys on the Piste: By Dan Fernandez

Messrs Alexander & Purnell, Chairman Mears and Capt Dirty Dan recently took to some high altitude training in St Anton in preparation for the forthcoming end of season bash at the Basmati as well the Club Champs.
As we were strictly abiding by the rules 'what goes on tour stays on tour' only a topline summary of events is possible.
Events started off well with early drinking on the train to the resort.

More training took place at Austria's biggest bar as we queued to see the only single women in the resort.

We continued our heavy training as night fell...

Sufficiently well trained we sought solace with some leggy females...

After much late night training certain individuals staring into each others 'sparkly eyes' took to their beds for further team bonding involving the favoured 2nd team game of 'hunt the spectacles'.
The post coitum bliss is tangible....

Slightly stiff and much poorer but fully trained up we prepared to return with all faculties in tact...

Downhill Dan
